CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hour notification of cancellation or rescheduling is required. We respect that
circumstances arise which require rescheduling or cancelling your charter, and will
work with you to accommodate changes in your schedule. We maintain a standby call
list: call for last minute availability resulting from cancellations. Prepaid charters will
be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity for the guest and Lake Travis Scuba.

REFUND POLICY
We will do everything possible to accommodate a change in your schedule and require
24 hour notification of cancellation. If another charter cannot be scheduled and 24 hour notification is provided, a full refund will be issued. If another charter cannot be
scheduled and less than 24 hour notification is provided a $15.00 fee will be deducted
from your refund. In the event you do not show up or provide 24 hour cancellation of
your trip, no refund will be issued. To cancel or reschedule your charter, please call
