Cancellation Policy

24 hour notification of cancellation or rescheduling is required. We respect that circumstances arise which require rescheduling or cancelling your charter, and will work with you to accommodate changes in your schedule. Prepaid charters will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity for the guest and Lake Travis Scuba.

Refund Policy

We will do everything possible to accommodate a change in your schedule and require 24 hour notification of cancellation. A full refund will be issued if another charter cannot be rescheduled with 24 hour cancellation notification.
