A. Yes. You will need to provide all essential scuba gear, including weights and tanks. All divers should carry a primary light. Rental gear can be arranged with advance notice.
A. Charters fill up quickly so reservations are recommended to guarantee your charter date and time. Walk-up divers are welcome and will be able to board if any seats are available.
A. No, there are no parking or park entrance fees when diving with Lake Travis Scuba. Follow the gravel driveway to the parking area near the shore and docks.
A. A Divemaster is on every charter to assist you topside and guide you throughout the dive. Contact us for more details or to arrange for a private dive guide. Divemasters volunteer their time and appreciate gratuities for their effort.
A. A bathroom is available at Aquaholics Watercraft Rental. It is recommended to use the facilities in advance of the charter since we will not be able to return until the charter is over.
There is an air fill service available at the marina, check in advance to make sure air will be available. You are required to bring the required air for your dive, rental tanks are available with advance reservation but not stored on the boat.
A. For your safety, all divers must have a buddy to make the dive, unless you are solo certified. Diver must present solo certification card before diving without a buddy.
A. In order to maintain the charter schedule for all guests the boat will depart promptly on time. You should arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
A. In the event of bad weather the charter will be cancelled and another charter will be rescheduled at your earliest convenience.
A. Yes. Each diver seat offers two-tank support. Additional air tanks for technical diving can be stored, although it may limit the number of divers due to weight restrictions. Arrangements should be made ahead of time.
